All services provided by Wepwawet Hosting are subject to a strict non-refundable policy. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and provisioning upon purchase, all sales are considered final.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Unused service time
- Early cancellations
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Account suspensions or terminations due to Terms of Service violations
- Accidental purchases or incorrect service selection
Once a service has been provisioned, the associated costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed.
Limited Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund may be granted solely at our discretion. Any approved refund:
- Must be supported by reasonable and verifiable cause
- Must be requested through official support channels
- Will be processed within 14 days if approved
- Is limited to one request per user
We reserve the absolute right to deny any refund request if the service was delivered as described.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Dedicated Servers
- VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
- Additional IP addresses
- Software licenses
- Domain registrations
- Account credits or balance top-ups
